I am very interested and have studies a bit on the topic, so what I can say now is to see how it can be relevant for project program and/or portfolio management. If you only focus it on the theory then it won't be relevant for the course! So be careful to show how we can use it for projects, etc.

If you could find some real cases and present how they used it it would be also helpful I believe.

Also, keep in mind that Jung's theory and MBTI are not exactly the same things so be careful with what you use in the end.

Lastly, students have written about it in the past as well so see how you can improve it and make it unique somehow :)

It seems too general to me now and I cannot see a clear link with projects, programs or portfolios. Try to specify it a bit on one or more of these categories to make it relevant to the course. Maybe pick all 3 categories and see what different in its use in each case?

Random thought from my side: Since this tool is Simon's, will you able to find additional literature to support it? It might trouble you a bit.

I cannot give you much feedback since I am not sure how you are planning to structure the wiki but the topic looks relevant and specific enough.

I am not sure how much theory there is to it so this can be a bit hard on you (or maybe there is and I haven't found it which is also quite possible xD). In any case I believe it would help you to find some cases of project control in different projects and discuss/reflect what worked, what didn't, and how it affected the project itself.

Maybe also different types of decisions that are normally made around the category you choose and what changes in each case, what is more tricky, etc.?

I suggest you try to present some of the more formal and structured approaches, would be interesting to see what's out there. Also, what is considered a "complicated decision"? It can be quite subjective.

I would be careful with references since this topic is closer to social science and I am sure you can find many serious or not so good references online.

Also, you title is "decision making skills" but in the text you don't talk much about skills but rather processes. Will you have a part presenting these skills and analysing their effect on decision making? Would make sense to me.

The presentation on real cases would also be interesting to show how decisions were made, what went good or bad, what affected each case, etc. Not sure how feasible this is though.

Maybe the "four elements" and "application" could be presented the other way round? In my mind it makes more sense to first present the elements and then the use of the tool. Unless you have it somehow different in your mind which is also ok of course.

Are there any similar tools? How is this one better? For what cases it's better and for which cases not? These questions would be interesting for me to discuss upon.

Also, if you can find any cases of companies that used it and present them it would be nice as well, it would indicate the use and benefits more clearly.
