Based on the analysis of the current situation, it is proposed that the employee's personal factors that affect loyalty are mainly affected by individual growth experience, values, abilities, external opportunities, lifestyles, and personal career development expectations; the company's own factors are mainly affected by internal management mechanisms, salary levels, benefits, working environment, corporate culture, quality of leaders, etc., are also affected by external environmental factors such as policies, culture, economy, technology, and similar companies, suppliers, customers, and other competitors. It is proposed that improving employee loyalty should strengthen the development of employee quality, empower employees, formulate a reasonable salary system, improve corporate welfare, improve the quality of leaders, and build a "people-oriented" corporate culture.
