*Background Section:
I really like how you have shown the academic background, probably could be even more interesting if you can write a basic practical example. It could be for example a stakeholder analysis regarding a house-building project.
*Figure 1:
This figure is positioned in a way that the reader does not understand the link between picture and Article section. It will be clearer if you mention this picture to the text. ''Removed this and added another one which I included''

In my opinion Stakeholder Analysis is a broad topic, due to this consideration, I would suggest dividing this section into other subsections.
