Nice tools that you wanna use (Clampitt’s five communication strategies ||Maslow’s hierarchy || Herzberg’s Motivator-Hygiene theory ). Try to compare them if you can. &lt;br /&gt;
Few english mistakes. Remember that MUST is quiet strong to use. It is an obligation. Might would suit better the context. &lt;br /&gt;
A suggestion that I give to all students is to be critical. At the end of the article give ur own idea about it. Explain pro and cons and find literature about it to prove your thesis.&lt;br /&gt;
