			You are correct about the article not being finished. It is important for me to know that the planned structure of the article is good and understandable for the reader, thank you for that feedback. I found the misstakes that you highlighted. I will have a careful lookthrough of the article as I'm coming to the end of finishing it. A complete reference list with correct wiki-style will be made at the end of the article, but good that the reader find the references reliable. 			Thank you for your feedback on this half made article. Good that you like the topic and that it feels interesting. It is important for me that the reader can focus on the information in the text and then look for the reference when the paragraph is done. I will add a complete reference list at the end of the article when it is finished. Nice that you like that I will put in some figures in the article. I feel that the text could be a bit heavy if there isn't a figure explaining the facts.

			I like that you give me a comment on the amount of topics covered by the article. I will take that into consideration when continuing with the creation of the article. Maybe I should try to narrow it down and make it more specific to one or two topics and not go in to deep in each management approach. I will erase the personal part in the summery. Thank you for bringing it up, I agree that it is not appropriate and does not contribute to the article. Good idea with the linking to other articles, I will add that into mine.
