Project managers face the challenge to understand, plan, design and execute projects within different organizations. How to successfully plan and execute those projects can be managed by using tools and methods to execute and plan successful projects. This is where Agile comes into the picture. Before Agile, project managers delivered what the clients wanted, but not necessarily what they needed. This is translated in unsatisfied customers and execution of projects where objectives were not met.
