This article provides a comprehensive overview of the diferences between teams and groups. Teams and groups are two common forms of social organizations which are found in personal and professional settings.
 
They may appear similar at first, but there are several key differences that distinguish teams from groups.
 
These differences include structure, interdependence, communication, decision-making, and performance.
