The Patrol Members (PM) are shown in light blue, the Patrol Assistant (PA) in medium blue and the Patrol Leader (PL) in dark blue. The Patrol Leader is in charge of the patrol and will have the final say in decisions. The Patrol Assistant is next in line and will be in charge if the Patrol Leader is not present. The Patrol Leader will often be one of the more experienced scouts. The Patrol Assistant can be one of the slightly more experienced, but will also often be in the role mentee, while the Patrol Leader is in a mentor role.
