Abstract Project managers are highly dependent on the organization of their project to successfully achieve its defined objectives with respect to its scope, schedule and resources. To achieve efficient project organization, the project manager needs to consider various project properties. First, each project team member must know their respective responsibilities, which is sufficiently obtained by clearly communicating the authority throughout the project team.
