Dear Arjun Abraham, Thanks for your abstract. The topic is relevant for PPPM. In the first part of your article remember to highlight WHY your topic is vital for PPPM. Nice tools that you wanna use (Clampitt’s five communication strategies ||Maslow’s hierarchy || Herzberg’s Motivator-Hygiene theory ). Try to compare them if you can. Few english mistakes. Remember that MUST is quiet strong to use. It is an obligation. Might would suit better the context. A suggestion that I give to all students is to be critical.
