Abstract
An organization's culture and style have an impact on a project's ability to meet its goals. The role of a project manager is therefore to understand different organizational structures and cultures, that can influence a project, as the project manager needs to know who in the organization to work with to obtain the best success for the project. The project manager must therefore know who are decision makers or have an influence in the organization. Culture also has an impact on the success of the project due to globalization as a project may involve different organizations in different countries and may have different cultural influences. The structure of the organization therefore also has an impact on the availability of resources and how the project is carried out. Cite error: Invalid <ref>
