The purpose of this article is to describe and create an approach on how to use BIM software Vico Office (VO) as a project management tool, in a given construction project.  The article will mainly focus on a description of the main functions and further the order on how the functions should be used. This will end op in a method description for at project manager to use in the procurement phase of a construction project.
The main functions that will descrieped is:
- Model register
- LBS Manager
- Take-off Manager
- Cost Planner
- Schedule Planner
- 4D Manger
