− | Work breakdown structure (WBS) are modern management techniques, which may determine the success of a project. It is a list of project outputs and their associated activities and tasks and is usually depicted as a hierarchical breakdown of the work to be done in the project. Furthermore, it takes each output and shows in sequence, from general to specific, all the activities and takes required for its production. The WBS establishes the framework for the following;
