To do:

  • Consider splitting the article in "The big idea" and "Application", based on the peer review suggestion.
    3. The Big Idea and Application section seem to be one and the same and splitting them seems advisable here. If you choose to do so, keeping the introduction from the DMAIC Framework section and maybe discussing a brief history of the method and its benefits could do the trick. Subsequently, move the 5 steps and the recommended figure in the Application section.
  • Adjust the abstract to be easier to read for readers who are new to DMAIC and Six Sigma.
