Abstract

This article will go into detail abound micro-management in project management and which can have negative effects on project success. Everybody knows the term and that its can have serisuos effects on many factors at a workplace. In the book “My way or the highway: The micromanagement survival guide.” By Harry E. Chambers from 2009, he explains that “79% have experienced micromanagement from their current or past managers.” (Page 31) Chambers, Harry E.
