Dear Chalida, first of all thanks for having uploaded it on time. Here some points: The topic is relevant for the PPPM. If i were you, after an explanation about the CPM and how to do it, i would focus on --> 4 Cost and time trade off & 5 Comparison to related project management technique. This way you would make it more personal with a critical view. Adding an example can definitely help. Good english. Well done. Jess
