II understand it will only be for the construction industry. Are the tools for this industry different somehow than other industries and therefore you specify it to this one? If yes cool :) If no, then adding more industries would make sense.

Also, you talk about issues on budget and delays in the projects because of change orders. I am sure there are many more issues, will you investigate these as well or only focus on the first two? I believe it would make sense to investigate them all.
