Abstract
In recent years project have gotten more complex. Big infrastructural projects are require such specific knowledge and skillsets that individual contractors are finding it hard to fullfill all the requested requirements. Either in the sense of technical/operational knowledge, or just the not having enough capacity to fullfill the required work.
