Text Clarity; is not clear enough
Language; Ok.
References; Ok.
Please re-think the title of your topic and re-elaborate the abstract, I get your idea, but is not clear for the reader.
The title does not shows a direct connection with the content of the course.
Since Organization strategy are directed linked with the Organization structure, my suggestion is that you establish a more clear connection between the Organization strategy and a Project Organization and how external organizational factors can influence the project environment.
Therefore, describe the relevance for a Project Manager
Try to find references that connect the above mentioned aspects.
