Due to exponential rise in new advancements across various sectors along with resources restrictions, project management professionals are made to handle a portfolio of projects in their respective organizations. These portfolios can be interdisciplinary at times and their individual status in the cycle may vary, for instance different projects might be in different stages such as planning, scheduling, negotiation, post-delivery formalities and so on. During such times it becomes difficult for these professionals to mentally stay updated with their projects. Losing focus may lead to build an ineffective strategy, non-optimized resource management, delayed delivery, etc. which would further affect the performance and reputation of the individual and also of the organization as a whole.
