Anna: This is a very interesting case to present. Just remember to follow the structure presented in the requirements to the articles. I know this case is a little different, especially in regards to the topic of "Solution". Here you could maybe give your solution to what they should/could have done differently. Also focus on what can be an important lesson learned from this case.
