Goal Hierarchy
It can be difficult to navigate the many tools and concepts that have been made for project management. However, the place to start is defining the purpose of your project. The purpose is what keeps the project alive. If there is no purpose, there is no reason to do the project. How do you approach it then? One way is to apply the Goal Hierarchy method to define the scope of your project. The Goal Hierarchy is a dynamic method that can be used to set a common goal at the beginning of the project that will be updated with different steps throughout the project as the knowledge expands.
