Agile model is an iterative approach to project management and software development, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between cross-functional teams.

Agile model promotes a disciplined project management process that encourages frequent inspection and adaptation for rapid delivery of high-quality solutions that are aligned with customer needs. Agile is based on the Agile Manifesto and its 12 principles.
