Abstract

Stakeholder is a group, corporate, organization, member, or system that affects or can be affected by an organization's actions. Project stakeholder is a person, group, or organization with an interest in a project Cite error: Closing </ref> missing for <ref> tag. Stakeholder analysis can help project managers recognize the people related to the project and contact different stakeholders in suitable ways. Therefore, they can find opportunities to facilitate the process of a project and provide them with more comprehensive views to estimate risks that could happen in the future. But stakeholder engagement is also a complex process that needs to determine the scope, impact, and workload.
The tools to analyze stakeholders adopted for this article adapt to provide methods that quantify the information of stakeholders and straightened different stakeholders in a complex project.
