The project integration management is the core of project management. It is composed by the daily processes which the project manager counts for and deal, to ensure that all of the other parts of the project work together and to ensure that the project runs from the beginning until its end.

The project management gather the project plans, coordinate activities, resources, restrictions, and transform them in a functional model.

It it the role of the project manager to ensure that all components of the project work together. It requires negotiation skills and being capable of solving conflicts of interest. It also require general management skills, communication, organization e being familiar with the technical specifications of the product.

The Project Integration Management can be divided into 3 parts: The development of the project plan, The execution of the project plan and The control of the project changings.
