Managing projects is something which requires a well defined structure in order to have the best intention of success. A concept which can be used is the Project scope management. Based on the PMI-organisation the concept is divided into the following subsections.

Plane scope management, Collect Requirements, Define Scope, Create WBS "Work breakdown structure", Validate Scope and Control Scope

According to the initial approach the main subjects of this article will be on how to collect requirements and instead of a WBS a "Product Breakdown Structure" PBS will be favoured, while the other phases only will be shortly explained.
