Purpose explanation	Is there but not clear for the reader what particular aspect the article intends to tackle
Title of the Wiki	Too broad, probably in order to reflect the content of the article the title will need to add the particular aspect the article intends to address

The abstract should describe what particular aspect of the Project management the tool intends to be applied and describe the tool to this particular aspect.

The abstract explain the importance of the tool but fails to explain the purpose of the tool to a particular aspect.
