Maybe I am mistaken, but I believe Control and Reporting are two separate things in the project life cycle. In your title you talk about reporting, but the content is more focused on controlling. Check it and see if I am right or wrong.
Also, maybe rename the wiki to "Project Reporting", as there is also program, portfolio, and other kinds of reporting.
