Gantt charts are horizontal bar graphs, a visual representation, and not represent a scheduling technique, however is the common way to represent a CPM technique, do not forget to explain how LPS and LBS are graphically represented.
Annotated bibliography is a list of articles, books or documents followed by a briefly descriptive and evaluative paragraph, what you have under your annotated bibliography section are references.
In general the abstract is ok, nice that you already established the structure of the article when developing the article don't forget to elaborate and describe the relevance for a Project Manager.
