Abstract
Human resource management, is a branch that from the Human behavior in Project Management, but can be applied in any situation where people have to work together. The Main goal of Human resource management is for an organization to best manage the human resources as efficient as possible. Human resource is perhaps the new tool regarding efficiency in an organization, as merely by the right people together, the output will increase, not just short team but long terms. This growing inside to human resource management has expanded due to organizations need for tightening their budgets, to follow the growing competitions on markets by bringing down the cost of human resource. Another thing is the growing complexity in jobs, and the wider requirements with often the same resources. If the organizations don't help their employees grow overtime, and give them the right resources to do their jobs, it could lead to serious consequences for an organization. There are different levels of human resource management when it comes to projects; Plan Human resource, Acquire project team, Develop Project Team and Manage Project Team. All 4 has to be in order to have a successful team, that improves the quality of a project, and improve their own ability for future projects.[1] [2]
