Risk Register Analysis

Abstract

A Risk Register is a tool to keep track of all known risk to a project, program or portfolio. It is commonly used by the risk manager to maintain the simplest structure, of possible events and the following actions. The Risk register describes possible threats, opportunities, and their composition.
