ICT Agreement

Abstract

In the constructions industry happens a lot of activities and these activities are interdepended and since the construction industry has been change a lot and becomes more digitized, so it’s important to make a clear agreement between the different actors. In this context the purpose of this report is to examine how a better contractual relationship can be created between the various actors through digitization. This report will consider the ICT agreement and will examine the possibilities. The ICT agreement has several comprehensive documents from several different agencies in the industry. With the use of ICT agreements in the construction industry, the opportunities become greater and greater within digital workflows that support the construction process throughout. The purpose of using ICT Agreement is to gather the separate agreement bases in one tool and use it as a management tool across interfaces and players in the construction industry. In this agreement basis, the ICT agreement will contribute to better control of the construction process. ICT stands for information and communication technology, the ICT Executive Order came into force in 2007, and much has happened since its inventions.
