Talk:Project Management in pharmaceutical industry
From apppm
Feedback on Abstract:
Text clarity & language | The text is coherent. |
Description of the tool/theory/concept | Okay. You can use pharma to add context to your article. However, it seems very generic. There are many types of projects in pharma including IT projects, CapEx, R&D and so on. This should be narrowed down with a specific topic/knowledge area in project management. You need to be able to focus on one or two topics and go in a lot of detail. |
Article purpose explanation | Good. However, see point above. |
Relevance to curriculum | Relevant. However, the article needs to be further scoped and focused on a specific topic. |
References | Add some of the listed references (on DTU Inside) in your abstract, if it makes sense to do so. |
Feedback 1 | Reviewer name: Alexander Bagge:
Text clarity & language Clear text, professional language yet still undrestandable for mortals! 😊 Generally you write Phase II, but in the last section ”Planning” you write Phase 2.
Description of the tool/theory/concept
Good description of the importance of PM in R&D.
Nice with the background with investments in R&D
(Drug development stages) I would prefer a better setup describing the phases instead of text, it would give a better overview.
PM approaches: Good that you not only state the good parts of the methods, but also their ”faults”. In the last method you mention what type of company could use it. It would be nice also to know for the first two.
