The triangle of project management, also called the iron-triangle, is a model that encounters the main constraints in project management; time, cost, and scope. The factors have a direct impact on the quality of the project. The model states that a change in one constraint has an impact on the other constraints, which must compensate as illustrated in the triangle [1].
