This article is about scrum. Scrum is an agile project management Framework designed to manage how work gets completed in time.  Scrum is typically used in software development but can be effective framework in other industries as. The basics of scrum is to have each task work on for sprint of time, like 1-4 week(s). After each week the team will provide feedback to each other. There are multiple roles in a scrum. There is a product owner and a scrum master and so on. The term “scrum “was introduced back in 1986 in a Harvard business revies article “The New New Product Development Game” written by Hirotaka Takeuchi and Ikujiro Nonaka
