Integrated Cost and Schedule Control

It is generally known that without a good planning it is rather difficult to implement a project successfully. However, appropriate planning does not guarantee a successful implementation of the project because things never happen as we had expected. Therefore, we really need to control how the project is progressing. This control should be a comparison of the actual state of the project with the planned program in terms of Scope, Schedule and Costs.
