A stakeholder is a person or organization of interest for or whom are interested in the project on hand. It is therefore important for the project manager to manage and be sure what the stakeholders opinion is to the topic at hand. One way of looking at the stakeholder is through a network perspective where every stakeholder I connected to the project but some of the stakeholders might also be connected to one and another. By identifying the power that each and every stakeholder have and the link between the different stakeholders it is possible to observe what dangers there might be in a less powerful stakeholder might have of possibilities if they are close connected to a powerful stakeholder. By looking into the Stakeholder connections it might be possible to gain a better understanding on why stakeholders act the way they do and thereby be better at giving them the right amount of interest in order to keep them satisfied.
