This is a very interesting topic to look closer into and I will for startes research more on this topic as the article consist of 8 references, i think it would be benefisial for this article to be challanged or backed up by more references.
I will also look more into how the teamwork and how much that enhances the result for high performance teams, as the artivcle already states that the teamwork is essential for high performance teams. Also it is stated that moving forwar in the process of teams are useless if the teamwork is non existing.
Furthermore, i will look closer into the application and see if there is å better way to structure the information about high performance teams and projecte management.
