Language Good but a few misspellings
Description of the tool/theory/concept What is it exactly the article will focus on? Looking at the processes you mention in the end, be careful not to make the wiki too broad. As an example "managing teams" has its own wiki so trying to fit that and all the other can be too much. Consider choosing one Project Ressource Management Tool
Purpose explanation Good
Title of the Wiki Ok but could be more specific as Resources in Project Management if that is your focus
