In light of the world that we are living in today it has become more complex, stressful, and demanding. Especially when one must find a balance between work, family, and one’s personal life. For one to achieve higher aspirations and overcome great challenges in once projects Stephan Coveys has come up with seven principles. [1]

This Article present the seven approaches to help one with becoming more effective in reaching once goals. It is all about aligning oneself based on one’s characteristic ethic to achieve once goals. The article covers the seven principles, and their limitations, pros and cons, and its relevance for project management in practice.
