Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Management is a tool used in cooperation with Building Information Modelling (BIM) in construction to ensure the full value of BIM and reduce confusion about e.g. who is responsible for what during the project. Construction projects are dependent of cooperation between different companies and engineering disciplines. Therefore delivering and sharing information is of outmost importance for the success of the project. Through a detailed ICT contract, the guidelines of communication and informations sharing strategies are decided and streamlined.
