Abstract: - The article is all about strategic planning within the organization by using SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is the method or process which helps to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats helps in evaluating and in growing the organization, person, plan, or project. This study shows the position of the SWOT analysis process in strategic planning and examined the components of the SWOT analysis with its advantages & disadvantages. This study also includes a SWOT analysis of an international electronic or computer hardware & printer brand. The content of the study is as follow • Introduction: - This section introduces the strategic planning that how it works and how it is applied in the organization with the SWOT analysis. • SWOT analysis: - Here study examines the what is SWOT analysis and its components and its history. • SWOT analysis of industry: - Under this heading, there will be a SWOT analysis of HP inc. which is one of the biggest brands in electronic computer hardware devices. • Advantages & disadvantages of SWOT analysis: - This point talks about the advantages and disadvantages of the SWOT analysis.
