I suggest you use some examples as well to show the tool better or different ways of using it, you can either find real examples or create your own. Some visuals would also help.
Will you focus it on the cost perspective or you just mentioned it as one example? Both are ok, but if you focus it on the cost maybe you could make you title more specific.
