The language is acceptable and understandable; it has Minor spelling mistakes, which should be fixed before final handin. The abstract explains really nice what your method is, and why it is relevant, but it should also include how and why it relates to project/program/portfolio management since this contribution is about your specific method and how it works according to projects/Portfolios/programs. Maybe try and find a specific, short and precise connection in the material we have been given, and use it in your abstract. You abstract can maybe be a bit longer, and it is clear that your abstract is divided into micro sections with different information, and these sections are not very well connected. You should consider to have a connection to all your information in the abstract otherwise it will just look like a lot of small individual statements. When you have these small independent statements it makes is difficult to identify who the reader of this article should be.

It is good that you build up with some theory and methodology and actually connects it with projects and programs. It has good natural flow and it becomes a bit more clear who the receiver of the article is. I would "backward integrate" here and use some of the good parts you have written in you abstract, since the sum up in the beginning should demonstrate what the content of your article is, and therefore you need a closer link to project and program management in you abstract. It is consistent and there are no contradictions so far. The arguments for why it is important and where it is used are good. It shows with relevant referencing why and how it is applicable. The overall flow is decent, and it looks like what you have planned to write will follow a nice similar pattern. Just remember to focus on having a core if the most important information, which is super simple, and then you can apply and put more information on it; Having a small scope when you write it now, and then expanding it later and add to it

After your abstract you have some sections with some good parts, but in general the level of your language level drops a bit. You should consider reading it through one more time and remove spelling mistakes. You don't necessarily have fill words, but formulations like: "IDP done successfully identifies slippage and problems before the production phase... " is not the best formulation. You could write: "When the IDP method is executed correctly it can identify potential problems before the production phase....". Obviously we don't want fill words, but removing words for the sake of it has the same negative impact as unnecessary fill words. I will suggest you go through your whole article several times when you are done, and read it out loud. It will make it easier to find spelling mistakes, grammar mistakes and "bad" formulations.

There is one figure, and it is difficult to see what the figure represents. Find a similar one with a higher resolution. You don't refer to your figure, and it is located between two sections, so i have some issues pinpointing why you have it, unless you plan to use it later. If you don't plan to use it later, then refer directly to it in what you have now, and write why it is in the article, otherwise just remove it. Rather have 0 figures than 10 unnecessary ones.'

You do mention how and where the tool is used, and also what benefits it can add. The article shows to have both academic and practical relevance, since it can be used to understand the theory behind the tool, and also where it is applicable. I would say it has a higher emphasis on the practical relevance. It is not completely clear why your article is relevant. Maybe start of with asking yourself: Who is the reader of this article, and why would they read it?" And of course always keep in mind, that it has to be connected to Projects/Programs/Portfolios. Your article seems interesting and has potential, but make it more precise and make it relevant for the potential reader/industry you want to write it for. Right now it seems like you are writting it for a specific industry, and if you continue with this, then you should only use examples according to this.

Since the article is not completely done, this is difficult to answer. As it looks now, it can have a lot of potential for practitioners that has issues in their planning phases and could benefit from this tool. You have already pinpointed your relevant industry as being construction, and therefore you should continue in that direction, and explain why this tool will specifically benefit a given phase in this industry. If you follow the guidelines, advance you writing a bit and very clearly whow who the intended reader is, i think it could benefit project managers in the construction industry

As it looks now your referencing looks fine. I am not sure with you figure if you have to write directly that is not your original work. If i were you i would find specific areas in the mandatory references and contemplate how this can relate to your tool. It will make it easier for you to have a red thread if you hard code some of the mandatory references into your article. You explain in several cases why this method is good an in which phases, but you could write the tool is good because of a specific feature, software, methodology and how it adds value. When you talk about integration between disciplines maybe find some literature explaining what happens if you dont coordinate this correctly. My strategy in my article is to clearly show why my tool is good in project management of multicultural teams, meaning i have narrowed it down to Human Ressource management. I will briefly explain the definition, and connect it with a tool i have found, and why this can and should be used in Human ressource management in projects. Afterwards i will explain why and where it can be used in practical sense, and find a case maybe two where it has been used and what the result is. In the end i will explain what the consequences will be ( in depth since it was mentioned in my abstract) if this aspect of project management is neglected. This overall idea of who the reader is, why it is relevant for them makes it easier for me to find relevant references and literature since i have narrowed down very specifically what i need to find and to whom it is relevant
