Description of the tool/theory/concept Good, but can be improved - what is meant by "sellers" are they the "bidders"? Is the project manager referred to as the "service provider?" If so, how?

Purpose explanation Good, but try outline the content of the article to align reader expectations

References Okay, try adding more references from the mandatory list of references

Relevance of article Definitely relevant, but try to develop the above points and make sure the article addresses the necessary depth beyond a normal web search on "negotiation skills"
