Are you planning to present both tools (CPM and PERT) or just one? Would be nice to compare them and see which is more relevant or what situation.
Also I would include pros/cons/limitations and examples of uses (maybe visual ones somehow?) to make it more clear how the tools works.
Will you focus it on programs or projects? Does the use of the tool change in one case or another? Make it clear what it is you are investigating on, meaning project, program, something else, etc.
