I like that you are planning to check the topic on all projects, programs and portfolios. Maybe use a table to present similarities, differences, characteristics, etc.?

I'm curious to see your references, I am sure there are many around but some better than others :)

Would it be possible to present some examples of cases where things worked great or terrible and reflect on why that is, while relating it to theory?
