Abstract

Leading different projects requires a good leader who possesses a broad knowledge in the field of management, in addition to being able to lead other people, the project manager must have a good insight into his own basic behavior when he has to deal with a number of different types of people and do . Managers have a convenient understanding of what is required to achieve various project milestones during a process, and even have the ability to understand the overall picture of the project in relation to resources, time and money. Furthermore, it also requires a person who can communicate with employees and has the skills to read and understand his employees. Thus, the type of management is an extremely important topic, as the determining style can contribute to better project management and thus result in positive project results. The tool is aimed at project managers, who can use it to analyze their individual form of management.
