Ways of maintaining Ikea standards in stores worldwide

Description of your project idea A short summary of the client’s situation: Ikea opens around 20 stores overworld per year which need to be analysed by a team of Architects on-site. The new approach of the company is opening smaller stores to be closer to the customer. This new approach makes it more difficult to analyze the stores by the team of Architects, due to the fact that they have to travel around the world. A short summary of the resulting challenge: The aim of this project is trying to improve the process of designing and construction in order to analyse the stores ahead in the process. A short summary of your idea for contribution/deliverables: Develop some tools that allow the architects to analyse the stores during the construction and at the end without needed send a full team of architects to the site.
