A project management is difficult because of costs and schedules. A multi project management is even more hard and if the different projects have different topics, then it becomes a challenge to ensure the planned schedules while complying with the costs. And the communication with the clients and the colleagues become pretty harsh. You have to be careful about informations you can share or not while staying meaningful and accurate. A way to facilitate multi project management is to use the same interface to manage your ressources and to keep the same way of thinking for each project. About plannings, we have to ensure a logical way between projects. For bulding construction, civil work for the walls and the roof and only after you can install electricity and water. For the costs, a close management is needed with a weekly report about funitures, cunsomables, keeping in mind if a project is late, all the following projects will be too. In the end, you have to secure documents on the same way of classing with the same files and same platform.
